WORSHIP ME AS CREATOR

Your desire to worship me and to know more about acceptable worship is where you start. First, know that worship does not come from feelings. You don’t have to feel anything good or bad to worship me. Worship depends on the worth of the one worshipped, not on the emotions of the worshipper.

That alone should set you free to worship me anytime, any place. You cannot worship what you do not know. You cannot know me except by my word. Therefore, my word comes first before you even begin to worship.

To give proper and acceptable worship, you must discover the attributes of the one worshipped. You can begin by worshipping me as Creator of Heaven and earth and all life therein. Look around you at the various life forms — the wagging tail of a puppy or the fingers of a child.

Become more observant of the details of my creation. Become more observant of the majesty of my creation from the stars in the heavens to the brilliance of the human mind, to the kindness of the loving heart.

All things were created by me and by me all things hold together. Think about the rising of the sun and the timing of it. Think about the setting of the sun and the regularity of it. Think about the seasons and the changes of season. Think about the miracle of conception and birth. Think about the growth of a child from childhood to adulthood.

Think about the beauty of a flower, the sound of the winds and the ocean that laps the beach.

If you will begin to notice my creation, it will be easy for you to worship me a Creator. In fact, you will be glad to worship me from morning till night as you become more and more aware of my wonderful creation.

All you have to do is become a willing observer and soon you will become a willing worshipper too.
