               CHOOSE CAREFULLY

                 I have given you the power to choose. You have no choice but to choose. Even by not choosing, you are choosing.

              Choose carefully your companions. Choose whose word you will believe. Choose carefully how you spend your time. Choose carefully what you read. Choose carefully what your eyes look upon. Choose carefully what you eat. Choose carefully what you spend. Choose carefully how you talk but above all, choose carefully how you think.

              If it is not according to my word, don’t think it.

              Choose to think blessing and not curse.

              Choose to think joy and not sorrow.

              Choose to think power and not pity.

              Choose to think praise and not worry.

              Choose to think plenty and not poverty in all things.

              Choose to think health and not sickness.

              Choose to think strength and not weakness.

              Choose to think peace and not strife.

              Choose to think life and not death.

              Choose to think cheer and not dread.

              Choose to think faith and not fear.

              This will help you. Look at the lives and hearts of those who criticize and reject you.   Are they not pitiful and poor in spirit? Help them as you would a wounded puppy, expecting nothing in return. Have I not done the same for you?
