I am near to the broken-hearted and the crushed in

heart. This visible sign of bitterness does not make it any

worse than the hatred and bitterness you have felt from

them for so long.

You are not taking this to heart and that is good.

You have finally realized the depth and utter seriousness

of the problem so nothing should surprise you.

You are called only to stand at the gate and wait

for the prodigals to return. You cannot go into the

pigpen—that is not where you belong. That is not where

they belong either but that is where they haven chosen to stay.

I will complete the good work I have begun, so

rest in me.
